PALS has formed an alliance with The Centre for University – Industry Collaboration, Anna University (CUIC) and Naandi for enriching the employability training programs to UCE students in areas such as general aptitude, communication and life skills.

PALS enABLe Consists of a set of activities – design, drawing, calculations and thinking to solve a problem with various constraints in addition to time and material constraints. Students must present their problem solution

• Improve general knowledge among students to enhance career prospects.
• Improve technical knowledge across disciplines.
• Foster teamwork and competitive spirit
• Encourage students to think fast and “out of the box”
• Encourage students to refer textbooks and web to equip themselves with answers

PALS has carved out from its Offerings, a suitable training to enhance technical aptitude for creativity,  design thinking and problem solving.  This is a 2-day student hands-on technical workshop conducted in the campus of these colleges spread across Tamilnadu.
